In 1986, he graduated from APEC University in the Dominican Republic with an Associate degree in Graphic Design and Fine Art Advertising. After graduating, Solange worked as a graphic designer in the Dominican Republic for several years.
In 1995, Solange moved to the United States to pursue his art career. He soon began exhibiting his work in galleries in NY and with Mayor
Rudolph William Giuliani in the City Hall of New York City.
